Delivery
Postage is calculated based on the total weight of your order.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48hrs using Royal Mail.
Delivery times may vary, but is usually 3 to 5 working days within the UK
If you require items sooner, please get in touch when you place your order.
Faster deliveries may incur higher postal charges.
Please note that many of our products exhibit a degree of natural variation. The photograph of each item is a representation of the product and is not an image of the individual item you will receive.

We check all items before being packaged and dispatched.
We always try to keep the website updated with regard to availability. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will inform you by email with details about the estimated timescale of availability and the option to make a back order.
We will never sell or trade your personal information with any third party.

Returning Items
Returns
We hope you are pleased with your purchase, but if you need to return any item for any reason then please download the returns form (button below). Simply print it out, fill it in, and return it with the item.
Faulty Goods
If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in as-new condition. We will inspect the goods upon return and any postage costs incurred (under reasonable costs) will be reimbursed to you. This will not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Damaged Goods
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is any damage to your items on delivery and we will investigate and endeavour to rectify as soon as possible. We will require a photograph or return of the damaged item.
Unwanted Goods
Should you change your mind, return your items to us in an as-new condition and in the original packaging, and we will refund you less a 5½% handling charge. (Sorry, any postage cost incurred cannot be refunded.)
