How often do you stop and think about the things that you are eating.
How was that tomato grown? Was it grown in soil and allowed to grow at its own pace soaking up nutrients from the soil or forced to grow in water with pesticides and anti fungals?
How was the animal that you eat allowed to live? How was it slaughtered?
We really are what we eat! What we put in needs to be the best to get the best results out, like a well looked after car.
Just for today love yourself enough to respect your general well being.
Often you only need some small changes.
