Do you need to talk to someone about something but don’t know how?
Do this short meditation to help you with communication.
Picture yourself standing in the middle of a beautiful blue flower. As you stand there the colour from the flower starts to surround you and slowly it starts to soak into your throat, it feels warm and comforting. As the last of the colour soaks into your throat, imagine yourself having a conversation with the person you need to talk to, imagine yourself saying all that you need to say. Do this with love in your heart.
When you feel you have finished your conversation, send the person love and start to bring your awareness back out of the flower and back into your body. Take a few deep breaths, bringing your awareness back into the room.
