Imagine as you take a breath in that you take yourself right inside your body.  Where in your body do you feel you are going? Just go with it until you settle your mind inside your body somewhere, notice how calm and quiet it is, now just send your body love, really feel it in your heart as you ask the spirit world for healing and know that it is given.  When you feel ready, bring your awareness back out of your body, take a few deep breaths and enjoy your new found health.
