Oats are so versatile. They could help balance the bacteria in the gut, protect against cardiovascular disease and of course they make your skin lovely and soft.
Try putting a handful in an old stocking, tie it around the tap and run your bath water through it. For even more indulgence, add a few drops of lavender oil. It will leave you relaxed and calm with beautifully soft skin.
